No Open Flame Grilling On Porch
Check-In 4PM - Check-Out 11AM
 
 
Balance is due in full 3 weeks prior to check-in. (other arrangements made for short notice rentals)
Payments shall be in cash, check, cashiers or travelers checks.

Cancellations will be accepted within 3 weeks of arrival date. After 3 weeks, attemps will be made
to re-rent your accommadation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded. This agreement
shall not be assigned or the premises sublet with out written consent. Refund will be given if condo
is uninhabitable due to fire or acts of God or mandatory evacuation due to hurricane. No refund due to bad weather. Deposit will be mailed 10 days after checkout.

  1. Tenant agrees to vacate rented premises no later than the hour and date shown on agreement.
  2. Unit must be left tidy - All dishes/utensils must be washed. All food, trash and garbage must be
  3. removed from the refrigerator, cabinets, floors and trashcans and placed in the outsade receptacles.
  4. All windows and door must remain closed when runnibg the A/C unit. Excessive moisture may cause
  5. A/C unit to malfunction. Tenant subject to service call charges if required.
  6. Do not re-arrange furniture. Owner will retain $25 from deposit for moving furniture back.
  7. Parking is limited to two assigned spaces. Additional parking on street.
