It is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Charleston so there is always plenty to do. Folly has a public boat landing, lots of water sports and tours and for landlovers there is shopping, food, live music and shag dancing. Life is good on "the Edge"...!

Which ever direction you look, sun, sand and waves beckon you to come out and play. If relaxing is on your mind, enjoy a drink in one of our comfortable chairs and watch sunbathers, splashing children or beach volleyball. If you enjoy sportfishing, the famous 1,045 foot Folly Beach pier will entertain you with fish, stingrays and other exotic ocean life being caught daily.
The view from this condo is so magnificent you will have a tough time deciding whether to stay in or out! The kitchen is open to the family room and has a serving bar with full view of the ocean. There is ample closet and storage room for whatever you choose to bring along or purchase while in town!
